Overview
The Mutual Fund Association of Trinidad and Tobago (MFATT) is a non-profit company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1995.
The members of the association comprise the largest operators of mutual funds in Trinidad and Tobago. The members are:

- First Citizens Portfolio and Investment Management Services Limited
- Guardian Group Trust Limited
- Home Mortgage Bank
- JMMB Investments (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited
- Maritime Capital Limited
- RBC Investment Management (Caribbean) Limited
- Republic Bank Limited
- Sagicor Investments (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited
- Scotia Investments (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited
- Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation
The association is managed by a Board of Directors which meets quarterly and comprises representatives from the aforementioned institutions.
Chairman/President is Ms. Tricia Kissoon of RBC Investment Management (Caribbean) Limited. The Vice Chairman/Vice President is Ms. Narisa Hosein of Guardian Group Trust Ltd. The Treasurer is Mr. Pernel Roberts of Republic Bank Limited
